Lotrimin or over-the-counter anti-fungal cream. You can find them in the same section as creams for athlete's foot. It takes time to resolve, but this did not stop applying the cream. Ringworm is not really dangerous, though. My daughter still has a spot on the back of the legs, which we try to clarify what I have done some research, he recently published my findings on prevention.com:

Cream of mushroom found in the pharmacy. Clean area and apply twice daily (at least)
Research in the field of cortisone or section of athlete's foot cream on the mushrooms.
Wash all bedding, blankets, pillows, towels.
Keep out of the upholstery and carpets, vacuum very well.
Get an antifungal cream at the local pharmacy. Lotrimin or similar things, things that work on athlete's foot and Jock itch is what you are looking for, since these are two types of ringworm. And of course you should always consult a doctor.
