1 2 / 3 to 1 3 / 4 pound ground sirloin
1 medium onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place the meat in a large bowl. Put onion and celery in a food processor. Cut peppers in half, remove seeds oneND thrown into the garbage bowl.
