Regular Americans can not afford, hydrogen fuel cell cars on their own and the only place in CA have all there. Well, what about the rest of us. Fuel consumption is not your normal waste pollution of the earth and killed the best known natural resources of the people never solve the problems of pollution of hydrogen at the time. It is making too much money from oil and the prices much, implement a way to hydrogen from sea water, even if it costs more than the oil industry.
